What order sizes do you work with?
Most corporate gifting programs begin at 24 boards, depending on the collection and customization. We are flexible with order sizes and will work with you to determine what is possible for your project.
How do I get pricing?
All pricing is quoted based on collection, quantity, customization, and delivery requirements. Request a free mockup and we'll include a quote with it, no commitment.
How long does production take?
Production time is 15 business days after mockup approval. Shipping typically adds about one week, so most orders should plan for roughly four weeks from approval to delivery. Orders of 1,000 units or more may need additional production time.
What wood do you use?
Solid Canadian hardwood: maple, walnut, and cherry. No stains, no veneer, built to last for years of real use.
Can we see a physical sample first?
Yes. Samples are charged upfront and credited back against a qualifying order.
Do you support Canadian, US, and global gifting?
We support Canadian and US gifting requirements. Contact us for global gifting.
Can we combine different logos or engravings in one order?
Yes. Customization can be tailored to the collection and your brand, including multiple logos and recipient-specific details. For Signature boards, ask about underside metal plates.
